As a sales development representative, you are the first person our potential clients interact with and are responsible for that important first impression. You identify if there is a good fit between us and the potential client, answer their questions, and excite them to take the next steps to become a valuable client. The successful candidate will be an ambitious and entrepreneurial person, looking to start a successful career in sales, and will be responsible for prospecting and engaging the lead, scheduling qualified meetings for the sales executive.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop strategies with the team to prospect leads
  • Map opportunities for the sales team
  • Receive and organize leads from our database
  • Research and analyze lead characteristics
  • Prepare a script for the first contact
  • Prospect, engage, and qualify the lead, identifying and presenting solutions for their needs
  • Schedule the meeting with the sales representative
  • Maintain engagement with the lead until the meeting with the sales representative
  • Interact with potential clients by phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Keep the CRM updated and organized

What You Need:

  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Previous experience of 1 to 2 years working as an SDR or in related sales areas
  • Active listening, outstanding communication skills, and resilience
  • Knowledge in internal sales
  • Knowledge in Spin Selling, Bant, active prospecting
  • Ability to overcome and handle objections
  • Experience in making sales presentations by phone and WhatsApp
