YouTube Channel Manager

We are committed to delivering meaningful, high-quality content through each of the platforms. Role Description This is a Full-Time, On-site role. The main focus of this position will be on our 2nd channel, Hang with Hope. The role involves managing the planning, Pre-Production, Production, Reviewing Edits, & uploading the videos. You will collaborate with the creative team to create engaging, on-brand content that resonates with our 80% Female audience. This role also includes staying updated with trends and implementing successful engagement strategies unique to each platform. Qualifications Strong understanding of YouTube and social media platforms such as TikTok and IG Reels Excellent Communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a creative team Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced on-site work environment Ability to stick with projects and keep them on track Creative mindset and ability to adapt to changing trends in content creation **REMINDER: THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION ** Your week in the life as Youtube Channel Manager: Hope & Savannah will be providing all video ideas in the beginning Once Hope "green-lights" a video idea, it is your job to make it come to life! You'll be working with our team to get everything planned out & ready to go Outlining each video (this sounds small but it's the most important part!) Ordering and tracking products to ensure they arrive on time We are heavy on preparation so you'll stand in as Hope during the dress rehearsals. Next, film. Then organize footage. Send footage to Editors Review videos with Hope or Savannah & send revisions to Editors Plan & shoot Thumbnail pictures, then send to Thumbnail Editor Review Thumbnails with Hope or Savannah & send revisions to Editor Lastly, review performance. Analyze, adjust & repeat! As the channels grow we will help you build out a team if you're interested in growing in that direction. Pay be based off experience and skill.
