Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist

Supporting a fast-paced, high-volume sales organization, the full-time remote Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage recruiting for licensed and non-licensed sales agents, ensuring a positive candidate experience from outreach to onboarding. Key responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume inside sales roles, focusing on candidate quality and operational execution Assess candidates' communication skills, coachability, and sales readiness while maintaining multiple requisitions simultaneously Coordinate onboarding logistics and interview schedules, ensuring a seamless hiring process across cross-functional teams Required qualifications Minimum of 3 years' experience recruiting for high-volume, performance-based inside sales organizations Direct recruiting experience within insurance, warranties, or similar high-volume sales environments preferred Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Outlook, and scheduling tools like Calendly Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet hiring targets in a fast-paced environment Experience with onboarding coordination and interview logistics is a plus
