Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative

Freddie Crenshaw State Farm Agency, operated by Crenshaw Insurance & Financial Services, Inc., is seeking a licensed insurance customer service professional to join our Chicago team. This is a service-focused role for someone who communicates clearly, takes ownership of customer requests, and follows through. You help customers manage their policies, resolve questions, and connect with our sales team when additional coverage needs arise. Responsibilities Assist customers with policy questions, billing concerns, and coverage changes. Process service requests accurately and document customer interactions. Follow up on outstanding requests and underwriting requirements. Support customer retention through timely communication and problem resolution. Identify potential coverage needs and coordinate handoffs to sales team. Manage daily tasks and unresolved requests with consistent follow-through. Preferred qualifications Experience in a State Farm or insurance office. Active Life and Health insurance license.
