Senior Director of Treasury, AP & AR (Malvern)

Our client is seeking a Senior Director of Treasury, AP & AR to oversee and lead core accounting and treasury functions at their Malvern, PA location. Hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing all cash-related functions, including accounts payable and receivable, debt, banking, wire payments, cash positioning, reporting, and forecasting
• Overseeing organizational AP and AR functions, including direct supervision of the senior managers, ensuring efficient operations, adherence to internal controls, optimizing cash flow, and minimizing risk
• Driving strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness across accounts payable and receivable and cash management operations, while ensuring asset protection and operational accuracy
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements across all functions
• Administering and maintaining the credit agreements, including the preparation of compliance certificates and regulatory reporting
• Owning cash flow forecasting process, including variance analysis and executive-level reporting
• Continuously evaluating and enhancing treasury and cash management processes for operational efficiency and scalability
• Maintaining banking and brokerage relationships, including the setup and optimization of accounts
• Coordinating treasury and accounting functions during month-end and quarter-end close cycles to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Developing and maintaining financial models, including cash flow, income statement, and balance sheet projections

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA required
• 8-10 years of accounting and treasury experience that includes budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, M&A, and debt management
• 5+ years experience in a leadership position; must have overseen a staff of 10+
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

Total compensation: To $200k + bonus + equity
