✔ 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll & Benefits (HCM) implementations

✔ Strong functional expertise in:

Oracle Payroll (US)

401(k) configuration and processing

Retro payroll and payroll adjustments

Leave of Absence (LOA)

Payroll costing setup

Absence Management

Core HR

Benefits

Domain Expertise

✔ Strong understanding of payroll compliance, controls, and audit requirements

✔ Experience with US payroll processes and regulations

✔ Deep knowledge of US Benefits domain

Implementation & Integration Experience

✔ Experience with third-party benefits / 401(k) providers

✔ Payroll integration with external vendors

✔ Exposure to payroll reconciliation reporting and dashboards

Process & Transformation Experience

✔ Proven experience in payroll process review, optimization, and redesign

✔ Experience supporting payroll transformation or standardization initiatives

Benefits Configuration Expertise

✔ Benefits configuration (plans, programs, life events, rates)

✔ Handling complex eligibility and deduction scenarios

✔ Experience with multi-vendor benefits landscape

Key Responsibilities

✔ Ability to independently handle requirements, design, and solutioning onsite/remote

✔ Direct interaction with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions

✔ Strong involvement in payroll and benefits end-to-end implementation cycles
