About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President in Accounting and Finance to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key strategic business partner, working closely with the Division President and CFO to ensure strong financial stewardship, disciplined capital allocation, and continued profitable growth. This executive will be responsible for leading division-level accounting and finance organizations, with a focus on FP&A, financial modeling, and business partnership capabilities. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred. A minimum of 15 years' progressive financial leadership experience is required, ideally within multi-unit consumer-facing industries. The role demands a professional with a proven track record in a similar capacity, particularly within a larger corporate or publicly traded environment. The Senior Vice President will be instrumental in driving the financial strategy of the division, and as such, a deep understanding of the industry and the ability to lead a team in a dynamic and challenging market is essential.
