About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting to join their team. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic financial advisor, leading the accounting, finance, FP&A, and internal control functions to ensure accurate reporting, strong controls, and regulatory compliance. This role involves the development and execution of financial strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management, as well as delivering financial reporting and analysis to support executive decision-making. The Senior Vice President will also be responsible for evaluating and overseeing capital investments and will partner with corporate leadership on financial reporting and governance. Applicants for the Senior Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred. A minimum of 12 years of progressive financial leadership experience is required, with a proven track record of leading division-level accounting and finance organizations. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, results-driven, and possess strong business acumen. The role also involves building, mentoring, and leading high-performing finance and accounting teams, so leadership and team management skills are essential.
