About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Accounting and Finance to oversee its multi-location consumer services organization. The successful candidate will be a key strategic partner to the executive leadership team, driving financial performance, operational excellence, and long-term growth. Key responsibilities for this role include serving as a strategic advisor on financial and operational matters, leading the accounting, finance, FP&A, and internal control functions, and ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of financial reporting. The role also involves developing and executing various financial processes, partnering on enterprise initiatives, and maintaining strong internal controls in accordance with regulatory requirements. Applicants for the Senior Vice President of Accounting and Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA and/or CPA preferred. A minimum of 15 years' progressive financial leadership experience, particularly in multi-unit operating environments, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FP&A, financial modeling, and business partnership, as well as deep knowledge of accounting standards and governance practices. Experience in managing finance and accounting operations across multiple locations, proficiency with ERP systems, and a proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams are also essential.
