About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Finance to join their global leadership team. The successful candidate will have a pivotal role in overseeing the finance teams of the North America business unit, with indirect oversight of teams in Europe and Asia. This highly visible position involves leading and participating in a range of critical activities, including FP&A, accounting, reporting, and internal control. The VP of Finance will also be deeply involved in the execution of the company's key objectives, such as strategic planning, policy deployment, capital allocation, continuous improvement, and staff development, all while maintaining the unique family business culture. Applicants for the VP of Finance role at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in public accounting, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 5 years in leading a multi-division, global finance organization. The role demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of driving financial performance and supporting the company's growth and development on a global scale.
