Full-Time Plaintiff’s Injury Law Legal Assistant

*Location:* Prescott Valley, Arizona
*Schedule:* Full-Time (Approximately 37.5 hours per week)

We are a boutique Arizona plaintiff’s injury law group seeking an experienced, detail-oriented legal assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. Our practice is dedicated exclusively to representing injured plaintiffs in personal injury actions. We value strong advocacy, professionalism, responsiveness, and compassionate client service.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful plaintiff-side litigation work in a collaborative, fast-paced small firm environment.

Responsibilities

* Request and review medical records and billing
* Conduct legal research and factual investigation
* Draft correspondence including demand letters
* Assist with case management from intake through resolution
* Organize and maintain case files, medical records, and litigation documents
* Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel
* Calendar deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedural requirements

Qualifications

* Prior experience in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation preferred
* Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills
* Familiarity with Arizona state court procedures and filing systems
* Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
* Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred
* Paralegal degree preferred, but not required

Pay: $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
