Shift Leader-Team Captain

Shift Leader / Team Captain – responsible for assisting guests with smoothies and nutrition goals, leading team members during shift, ensuring store operations run smoothly, and representing Smoothie King brand. Responsibilities Blends delicious tasting smoothies. Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered. Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience. Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids. Performs opening and/or closing duties. Performs store checklist tasks. Shows up on time and ready to work. Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King. Assists in Team Member management throughout shift. Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments. Qualifications Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a “guest comes first” attitude. Minimum Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least sixteen (16) years of age or older to apply. Experience in a fast‑food environment preferred, but not necessary.
