Supervisory Program AnalystSpecific duties include:Leads OMS Facilities projects by performing technical reviews of engineering packages; coordinating the ordering, delivery, and installation of furniture/support equipment; ensuring orders are executed and associated procurement requests are issued; and provides technical oversight during project construction for quality assurance.Supervises and develops team tasks, set program priorities, and establish schedules for work completion in accordance with the guidance of the supervisor. Actively participates in the execution of a wide variety of facilities project management activities to ensure that project managers are managing their projects' time, cost, and scope in accordance with planned estimates and objectives.Performs reviews and analyses of facilities management and construction projects through initiating, planning, execution, control and close out phases. By monitoring and controlling project progress, actions can be taken to keep project performance on track with respect to time, cost scope and quality.Researches, organizes, and develops cost and workload data and prepares capital investment applications for major projects that are aligned with the Department's organizational goals. Assists in the formulation of related construction and general operating funds and resource commitments.Manages programs, operations, policies, and objectives in accordance with Federal Property Management Regulations, construction processes, legislative and regulatory policy, and the effect on project initiatives.Work Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM.Position Description/PD#: Supervisory Program Analyst; 38861A.
