Key Responsibilities:Conduct education verification for providers undergoing initial credentialing.Manage data entry and maintain accurate records in a timely manner.Provide exceptional customer service and support within a medical office environment.Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with credentialing standards.Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Excel for documentation and communication.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:At least 1 year of experience in data entry, customer service, a medical office, credentialing, or a related healthcare operations role.Previous experience with education verification for providers undergoing initial credentialing is a must.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.Strong attention to detail, time management, communication, and organizational skillsOur client is a leading Healthcare Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
