Social Media Manager

We are looking for a sharp trend-obsessed Social Media Manager to manage the social presence of some of Wixs biggest brands including Wix Studio and Symphony. You will own the strategy and the craft: planning what we say and where then creating the short-form videos that bring it to life for both organic and paid from A to Z.
This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who lives on social spots trends before they peak and can take an idea from a first hook to a published video on their own.
On your day to day you will:Establish social media strategies for various Wix products across short form video platforms - TikTok Instagram and YouTube Shorts.
Build and manage content calendars balancing always-on organic content with campaign launch and product moments
Create short-form video content from A to Z: concepting scripting shooting editing captioning and publishing for both organic and paid use
Develop platform-native content that fits the nuances of each channel and each brands voice and audience
Partner with the paid media team to produce test and iterate on social ad creative including hooks formats and variations
Monitor trends memes sounds and formats and turn them into timely content that feels native and fresh
Track performance across channels report on results and use insights to optimize content formats and posting strategy
Use AI and automation tools to speed up ideation production and editing and experiment with new workflows
Qualifications :
1-2 years of experience in social media content creation or a similar role (agency in-house at a tech/AI brand or personal brand experience all count)
Proven ability to create short-form video end to end with a portfolio or sample videos that show your work
Hands-on editing skills with tools such as CapCut Premiere Pro After Effects or similar
Hands-on experience with Ai video creation tools like Higgsfield Weavy or similar
A fresh perspective on social and an intuitive grasp of trends formats creators and culture across TikTok Instagram and beyond
Natural instinct for strong hooks storytelling and what makes people stop scrolling
Understanding of content strategy and planning including calendars platform best practices and audience insights
Familiarity with paid social creative and what makes an ad perform or strong curiosity to learn fast
Strong writing skills and a clear clever tone of voice
Analytical mindset: comfortable reading metrics and adapting based on performance
Self-starter who ships consistently takes initiative and thrives in a fast-moving environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluent English (written and spoken)
