This role will focus on month-end close, financial analysis, payments, compliance, and budgeting while working closely with the Controller and broader accounting team. Key Responsibilities: · Support month-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations · Prepare financial analyses and support financial reporting activities · Manage cash and vendor payment processes · Assist with budgeting and forecasting · Support accounting compliance and maintain accurate financial records · Partner with project accounting, AP, and other cross-functional teams · Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies Requirements: 3–5+ years of Accounting experience Strong month-end close and journal entry experience Experience with financial analysis, cash/vendor payments, and compliance Preferred: Public accounting audit experience Construction accounting experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Interested in hearing more?
