Patient Registration Representative

Schedule: M-F, potentially every other weekend, 8am to 4:30pm (4 days a week, 8 hour shifts)

Location: Onsite

Description

Responsible for checking in and registering patients, entering and maintaining accurate demographic information, and verifying patient or visitor identity using photo identification. Determine patients’ ability to pay out-of-pocket fees or identify those who may require financial assistance. Explain consent forms and obtain necessary signatures, provide admissions paperwork, and verify insurance coverage. Additionally, manage incoming calls and provide front-desk customer support.

This is a Contract position based out of Santa Rosa, CA.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
