Remote Field Service Lead — CO₂ Refrigeration & Controls

Copeland Cold Chain LP

Copeland Cold Chain LP is seeking a Field Service Specialist III to join their remote team. This role requires expertise in refrigeration, CO₂ systems, and HVAC controls, with a focus on advanced commissioning and mentoring. You will lead on-site efforts with customers and manage high-impact projects, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in the field, with strong customer communication skills and a demonstrated ability to mentor others. The position allows for substantial travel, involving up to 90% travel commitment.
