We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and energetic part-time Medical Receptionist to join our growing team.

As a Medical Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Register patients and ensure accurate demographic and insurance information
• Assist patients with completing required forms and documentation
• Collect co-pays and process payments
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and route calls as needed
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Compensation

• Starting pay: $16$17 per hour
• Pay increase opportunities within the first year based on demonstrated skill progression and performance

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred:

• Experience in a medical office or receptionist role
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
