Human Resources Coordinator Location: Cedar Grove, NJ Salary: $55,000–$60,000 annually ($26.44–$28.84/hr) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm Our client in Cedar Grove is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support their Director of Information and Human Resources. This is a hands‑on administrative HR role focused on payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee support. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail‑oriented, quick to learn, and brings a strong yet friendly demeanor. The company is willing to train the right candidate but you should come with some HR experience Responsibilities Maintain employee attendance, PTO, and personnel records Review and submit bi‑weekly payroll Process benefit contributions such as 401(k), loans, and child support Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes Support FMLA, disability, and workers’ compensation documentation Maintain training records, SOPs, and compliance files Prepare HR reports, correspondence, and internal documentation Assist with annual performance reviews and open enrollment Maintain OSHA 300A records Support corporate events and employee engagement activities Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of payroll processes, benefits administration, and labor laws Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Excellent written and verbal communication skills English required This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting HR operations and wants long-term stability with room to grow. #J-18808-Ljbffr Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East
