The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive operations strategy that ensures the seamless and premium brand experience. This includes driving operational innovation in fulfillment, shipping, returns, and inventory management, as well as leading end-to-end supply chain operations and optimizing fulfillment efficiency. The role also involves building operational capabilities to support fast-growing DTC and marketplace channels, overseeing customer service strategy, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to align operational initiatives with business goals. Applicants for the SVP of Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of operations leadership experience, with a strong background in eCommerce and DTC retail, particularly within the fashion, apparel, or lifestyle sectors.
