Staffing Coordinator

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to manage daily staffing needs, coordinate schedules, and ensure adequate coverage to support smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who can multitask, solve problems, and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily staffing schedules and ensure appropriate coverage.
  • Monitor attendance, call-outs, and staffing changes, making adjustments as needed.
  • Communicate staffing needs, schedule updates, and coverage changes to employees and management.
  • Assist with scheduling, shift assignments, and filling open positions.
  • Maintain accurate staffing records, schedules, and related documentation.
  • Respond promptly to staffing concerns and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to anticipate staffing needs and address coverage gaps.
  • Ensure staffing practices follow company policies and established procedures.
  • Provide administrative support and complete other duties as assigned.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and consistent attendance is essential.
