About the Role:
The School Front Office Clerk plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school's administrative functions. This position serves as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, creating a welcoming and organized environment. The clerk is responsible for managing communications, maintaining student records, and assisting with various administrative tasks that support the educational mission of the school. By effectively coordinating office activities and providing excellent customer service, the clerk contributes to a positive school culture. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using office software and equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a school or educational environment.
