The Stratford Senior Living community, managed by Avista Senior Living in Phoenix, AZ, has a remarkable opportunity for an exceptional sales professional to join our team as the Sales and Marketing Director. In this role, you will meet and speak with prospective new residents and their loved ones as they search for the right senior living community. Responsibilities
- The Sales Director will be responsible for generating and managing leads to qualify prospects and guide them through the transition of moving into their new home.
- You will work closely with the Executive Director and VP of Marketing & Sales to create a cutting-edge and strategic marketing plan.
- Your goal is to achieve your budgeted occupancy targets.
- Create trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through phone calls and tours of the community.
- Implement ways to increase occupancy and achieve targeted occupancy goals.
- Work together with your team to execute events to draw prospects to the community
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Previous work experience in senior living preferred.
- Results and goal driven.
- 4-year Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in marketing & sales, 2+ years required.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of computer systems and programs.
- Organization and diligence in creative follow-up prospects.
