Your Role Awaits

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients spanning the pediatric, adult, and geriatric sectors, utilizing both standardized evaluations and in-depth observational methods.
• Create tailored treatment plans that cater to immediate objectives alongside longer-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing necessities.
• Deliver individualized speech therapy interventions concentrating on communication, language, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing proficiency.
• Work collaboratively with an array of professionals including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and families, crafting coordinated care strategies.
• Provide educational support to patients and families to facilitate continuous progress beyond clinical settings.
• Occasionally engage in inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions, ensuring that care remains seamless throughout the journey of recovery.
• Uphold meticulous documentation practices that comply with state, federal, and organizational regulations.

What You Need

• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
• Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is yet to be obtained.

Professional Credentials

• A valid state license as a Speech Language Specialist.
• Preferred: Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
