Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy by adapting evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, to meet the diverse needs of your clients.

• Formulate comprehensive treatment plans which outline clear therapeutic goals, desired interventions, and a system for tracking client progress.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure seamless care coordination for optimal client outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments and devising safety plans to manage acute mental health episodes effectively.

• Act as an advocate for client rights and support them in connecting with community resources that promote their overall wellbeing, including securing housing, employment, and continuing therapy.

• Engage in community outreach and mental health advocacy initiatives aimed at educating the public and fostering resources for those in need.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
