Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to clearly identify the social, emotional, and psychological needs of clients entering treatment, ensuring tailored care approaches.

• Provide individual and group counseling utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients dealing with addiction, trauma, and co-occurring disorders.

• Develop and implement personalized service plans that align with clients' goals, continuously adjusting strategies based on client progress and feedback.

• Advocate for clients' rights by helping them access community resources essential for recovery, while addressing relevant social justice issues impacting their lives.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range between $75,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with potential bonuses.
