Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health and substance abuse counseling for individuals and groups, focusing on evidence-based techniques.

• Collaborate with clients, case managers, and both internal and external providers to coordinate comprehensive client care and follow up on treatment progress.

• Utilize motivational interviewing and other evidence-based practices to assist clients in achieving their personal and therapeutic goals.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, nurses, coaches, and behavioral case managers as part of a multidisciplinary team, enhancing collaboration on treatment plans.

• Participate in piloting innovative therapy protocols, demonstrating a commitment to advancing therapeutic methodologies.

• Complete thorough psychological assessments and generate detailed reports, ensuring feedback is tailored to clients’ comprehension levels.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
