Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid license in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or doctoral-level Psychologist (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding of the diverse challenges facing clients in today’s complex world.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a caseload, therapy sessions, and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this full-time or part-time position ranges from $75,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience.
