Accounting Manager

Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Overview We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Controller to join our finance team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong leadership capabilities and a comprehensive understanding of general ledger and inventory accounting. You’ll play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and supporting strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations, including full-scope general ledger (GL) activities. Manage and supervise accounting staff, providing guidance and performance feedback. Lead inventory accounting processes, ensuring accurate valuation and reporting. Assist in month-end and year-end close procedures. Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial workflows and reporting. Must-Have Qualifications Proven management/supervisory experience in an accounting or finance setting. Strong expertise in general ledger accounting and financial reporting. Hands-on experience with inventory accounting . Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
