We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support our growing business. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, managing everything from client communications and marketing to transaction coordination and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, handle phone calls and emails, and maintain our CRM database. Transaction Coordination: Assist with the preparation of listing materials, purchase agreements, and closing documents, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and submitted on time. Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role (real estate, property management, or legal field preferred but not required). License: [Active Real Estate License required / preferred]. Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM software, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and social media platforms. Familiarity with MLS or Canva is a plus. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset. Organization: Superior time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision. Reliability: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional errands or property visits.
