Accounting Manager

Korn Ferry is partnering with a client in the digital marketing industry in their search for an Accounting Manager. Company Overview Our client is a high-growth, full-service digital marketing platform based in Santa Monica, partnering with brands across ecommerce, retail, and DTC to drive measurable performance and scale. Position Summary This is a hands-on, high-visibility role responsible for leading core accounting operations with a focus on accounts receivable, billing, and month-end close. The Accounting Manager will partner cross-functionally with sales, client services, and leadership while driving process improvements and ensuring financial accuracy. Key Responsibilities Oversee AR, billing, cash application, and day-to-day accounting operations Manage collections process and resolve billing discrepancies with internal teams and clients Prepare and review invoices; ensure alignment with contracts and service delivery Reconcile daily cash activity (ACH, wires, checks) and maintain accurate records Own month-end close for AR and revenue-related processes, including reporting and reconciliations Partner with internal stakeholders and external accounting teams to ensure process accuracy Identify and implement process improvements; maintain SOPs and documentation Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4-6+ years of accounting experience with strong AR and billing exposure Experience with month-end close and revenue-related processes Experience with billing or subscription platforms (e.g., Chargebee), preferred Onsite role, 5 days per week in Santa Monica. #J-18808-Ljbffr Korn Ferry
