Front Desk Coordinator

Vanity Projects is hiring a Front Desk Coordinator to join our Miami team. We’re looking for someone who is welcoming, organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional client experience while keeping daily salon operations running smoothly. Responsibilities are but not limited to: Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional experience Manage appointments using our booking software Answer phones, emails, and guest inquiries Process payments and close out appointments accurately Assist with retail sales and product recommendations Coordinate with nail artists to keep appointments running on schedule Maintain a clean and organized front desk Support daily salon operations and administrative tasks Help ensure every guest receives exceptional service Qualifications Previous front desk, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Positive attitude with a team-first mindset Basic computer skills Weekend availability is required About Vanity Projects Vanity Projects is a luxury nail salon known for exceptional service, elevated design, and some of the industry’s most talented nail artists.
