Técnico de Soporte del Help Desk NC (Campo/Presencial)

El Técnico de Soporte de Escritorio de ITS reporta al Gerente de ITS y es responsable de las operaciones de computadoras, servicios de helpdesk, instalación y soporte para nuevos y existentes sistemas informáticos y software de aplicación, así como soporte en el campo. Además, el puesto es responsable del soporte regional y la participación en varias reuniones del equipo de ITS basadas en el plan estratégico y/o esfuerzos organizacionales. Este puesto requiere trabajar en la oficina cuatro días a la semana, con un día designado para trabajo remoto. Existe la posibilidad de reducir los días en la oficina dependiendo de las necesidades del programa y a discreción del Gerente de ITS. Tenga en cuenta: Este puesto requiere viajar hasta un 50% dentro de la región de Carolina del Norte. Se utilizará un vehículo de la empresa para visitas al sitio para soporte técnico. Debe tener una licencia de conducir válida. En este rol, será responsable de proporcionar soporte de escritorio, Active Directory, Office 365 y varios servicios de aplicaciones en la nube. También asistirá con restablecimientos de contraseñas, solución de problemas de escritorio y soporte de aplicaciones.
