Job Description:
This role serves as a critical operational and procurement partner, bridging internal account teams, creative teams, data operations, and external production vendors to ensure fundraising campaigns are executed efficiently, accurately, and on budget.

Job Summary
• Manage production timelines and oversee the full vendor bidding and selection process across direct mail, print, and integrated marketing campaigns
• Source and negotiate with vendors, gather competitive bids, calculate pricing and margins, and recommend go-to-market pricing strategies
• Coordinate proofs, approvals, and seamless communication across internal stakeholders and external nonprofit agency clients throughout the production lifecycle
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive operational excellence while maintaining strong supplier relationships
• Interpret and apply print specifications, manufacturing techniques, and packaging and material production processes to ensure production feasibility
• Collaborate cross-functionally with account, creative, and data operations teams to support campaign execution from pricing through production handoff
• Translate technical production language into clear, accessible communication for client-facing interactions

Minimum Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in direct mail production, print manufacturing, or production procurement
• Demonstrated experience in vendor sourcing, bid management, and pricing and margin calculation
• Strong knowledge of print specifications, manufacturing technologies, and direct mail package production processes
• Experience working with or for nonprofit fundraising agencies or agency-facing production environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:
• Background at a direct mail production company, print management firm, or nonprofit fundraising agency
• Experience with project management tools and production workflow systems
• Ability to speak technically about production methods, materials, embossing, foil, and related specifications
• Familiarity with packaging and material production processes beyond standard print
