Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that meet the specific needs of each client.

• Facilitate comprehensive crisis management strategies by creating pre-crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.

• Document all patient interactions and treatment progress promptly to comply with regulatory standards, utilizing integrated software for tracking and assessment.
\n
• Engage with multi-disciplinary teams to design and implement effective positive behavior support plans that align with best practices in mental health care.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that our facility meets all mandated requirements.

• Serve as a bridge to state agencies, community partners, and additional service systems to enhance patient support and resource accessibility.

• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders to uphold contract standards and further our organizational mission within the local community.

• Foster relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to identify new opportunities for collaboration and funding to expand our services.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and representing the agency in relevant statewide meetings.

• Complete other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support our overarching goals.

Qualifications\n
