What You'll Do Support the leadership and daily operations of a busy retail location Inspire, coach, and develop team members to achieve individual and store goals Deliver and promote a world-class customer and donor experience Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and team engagement Monitor store performance, labor efficiency, inventory flow, and key operational metrics Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment Partner with leadership to drive sales growth, maximize donations, and improve overall store performance Maintain accurate reporting, cash management, and administrative processes What We're Looking For A hands-on leader who enjoys working alongside their team to achieve results Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Flexibility and adaptability when priorities shift throughout the day Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A customer-focused mindset with a passion for mentoring and developing others Ability to make sound decisions, solve problems, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure Desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career within a mission-driven organization Why Join Us?
