Key Responsibilities\n

• Therapeutic Sessions: Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions addressing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse, utilizing recognized therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR.

• Assessments and Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' needs and therapeutic goals.

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals to enhance the quality of care provided to clients, facilitating regular case consultations.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
