Job Overview Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health to provide patient care in Lowell, Michigan. Specialty: Home Health | Discipline: RN | Duration: Ongoing | 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shift, Staff employment Responsibilities Lead and collaborate to manage and deliver patient care plans for clients in Lowell, Middleville, Alto, and surrounding areas. Deliver quality patient care and maintain accurate charting, meeting critical deadlines.
