Accounts Payable Coordinator

Description This position provides administrative and operational support for Accounts Payable and accounting systems across Concord's portfolio of hotels. Responsibilities include user setup and maintenance, systems administration, vendor onboarding, training and support for accounting platforms, invoice processing oversight, and ensuring compliance with established accounting procedures. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to effectively support both hotel and corporate associates. Responsibilities: Perform Ottimate training for new hotels. Set up new users in Ottimate with appropriate invoice approval policies. Setting up vendor EDI and email invoice delivery so invoices are sent directly into Ottimate for automated processing. Work with various departments to ensure they provide vendors with Ottimate email addresses. Oversee and complete vendor setups across the portfolio, including EIN verification. Ensure brand coding templates are consistent and maintained. Provide AP support, including daily processing and assistant-level coverage as needed. Oversee corporate vendor aging processes to ensure items are reviewed, addressed, and resolved timely. Maintain brand, utility, and CHECO autopay status. Conduct vendor audits throughout the year to ensure proper Vendor Types are selected. Coordinate property accounting email address setup and assignments with IT.
