Key Responsibilities\n

• Monitor clients' progress and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure measurable improvements in their mental health and overall well-being.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of patients to create a supportive therapeutic experience.

• Actively engage in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team process to contribute positively to the development and execution of personalized treatment plans.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and continuous evaluations to inform treatment plans and strategies.

• Develop and modify individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client input to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals and families who are experiencing substance abuse issues combined with mental health challenges. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing complex relational dynamics that affect their recovery journey, ensuring that clients are met with empathy and understanding. You will play a vital role in helping clients reclaim their lives and rebuild relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within an outpatient mental health setting is essential.

• A current and active LMFT license in the state of California or your respective state of practice, valid and free from any form of suspension or probation.

• Strong communication skills with a passion for building rapport and creating a calming therapeutic environment for clients.

• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients alike.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in utilizing Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques is preferred but not obligatory.

• A background in systemic therapy approaches, such as EFT or Structural Family Therapy, is advantageous.

• Proficiency in using digital tools for therapy delivery and client management is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
