About the Role
Are you a licensed real estate agent ready to stop cold calling and start closing? Unlock Realty is actively hiring motivated agents who want to scale their income with a steady stream of qualified leads, industry-leading tech, and dedicated transaction support.
Whether you are newly licensed or looking to take your existing business to the next level, we provide the pipeline—you bring the work ethic.
What We Provide
- Zillow Preferred Leads: Direct access to high-intent, live buyer and seller connections through our Zillow Preferred partnership, alongside additional lead pipelines.
- Transaction Support: Guidance and support from contract to close so you can focus strictly on revenue-generating activities.
- 1-on-1 Coaching Mentorship: Personalized training from top-producing agents to help you convert leads faster.
- Tech Marketing Suite: Full CRM access, automated marketing tools, and brand collateral provided at no cost.
- Growth Opportunities: Access to showing assignments and open house opportunities right away.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up promptly on provided buyer and seller leads.
- Schedule and conduct property showings and host open houses.
- Consult with buyers and sellers to understand their real estate goals.
- Draft, present, and negotiate purchase offers and listing contracts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License (or currently enrolled in licensing courses).
- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- High level of self-motivation, accountability, and coachability.
- Ability to work full-time hours with evening and weekend availability for client showings/open houses.
- Reliable transportation and smartphone.
