Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting patients within the hospice setting, addressing emotional and psychological needs linked to serious illness and end-of-life care. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience.
