Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical abilities, mobility, and overall functional capacity, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• A valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).

• Current CPR certification is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with proficiency in word processing and basic computer applications.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation facilities is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of electronic health record systems will be advantageous.
• Previous involvement in community outreach or education initiatives is a plus.
