Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect evidenced-based practices.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), during one-on-one therapy sessions to promote personal growth, resilience, and overall well-being.

• Set specific therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Offer flexibility through teletherapy options to accommodate clients with accessibility challenges, ensuring everyone receives the care they deserve.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all client interactions and therapeutic interventions, adhering to ethical standards and regulations.

• Participate in regular training and continuing education programs to stay current with the latest research and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse patient population includes adults and adolescents dealing with various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma-related stress, and problems with relationships or identity. By understanding the unique struggles of each client, our therapists can tailor evidence-based interventions to meet their specific needs effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Aminimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; however, a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with clients and foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• A compassionate, empathetic approach with a non-judgmental attitude towards clients and their experiences.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage caseloads effectively while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload management. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
