Compensation: $60K$70K Base + Commission (OTE $120K$170K+)

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Execution

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the Ohio market
• Execute tactical sales activities including prospecting, cold calling, proposal development, and client meetings
• Drive targeted sales efforts to secure high-quality orders across systems, services, and components

Account Management & Growth

• Manage and grow existing client relationships to maximize revenue
• Understand customer business needs to develop tailored solutions
• Maintain ongoing engagement with accounts to ensure long-term success

Performance & Delivery Oversight

• Meet or exceed sales revenue targets through new and existing clients
• Monitor client project implementation to ensure expectations are met or exceeded
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution and delivery

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and account management experience with commercial and/or non-profit organizations
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
• Strong account management and relationship-building skills
• Experience engaging with senior-level stakeholders across organizations
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strong business acumen and professional presence
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling systems, services, or solution-based offerings
• Background in managing complex sales cycles
• Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration within client organizations

Compensation & Benefits
