Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, medical histories, and functional abilities to formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Implement a variety of hands-on therapeutic modalities such as exercise prescriptions, aquatic therapy, manual therapy techniques, and the use of advanced equipment to alleviate pain or improve mobility.
• Track and document treatment processes, outcomes, and any changes in patient conditions, adjusting treatment plans proactively in response to patient feedback and progress.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their families about their injuries and the rehabilitation process, equipping them with the tools needed to support their recovery at home.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, physicians, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
