Director of Sales & Marketing, Americas Location: Greater Cleveland, Ohio Area Lead the commercial growth strategy for the Americas at a global life sciences organization. This high-impact leadership role will shape market strategy, expand scientific markets, strengthen brand presence, and accelerate growth across the U.S., Canada, and LATAM. Why You Should Apply Own Americas-wide sales and marketing strategy Influence growth across biotech and life science markets Lead and empower established commercial teams Partner directly with executive and global leadership Relocation package available What You’ll Be Doing Drive sales, business development, distributor, and marketing performance Build annual strategies, forecasts, budgets, and commercial plans Expand brand awareness and optimize marketing channels Lead, coach, and develop sales and marketing teams Assess market trends and adjust commercial strategy Manage domestic and international distributor channels Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives and IPO strategy About You Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Culture, or related life science discipline Commercial leadership expertise within biotech, CDMO, or life sciences Established industry relationships across manufacturers, R&D, CDMOs, or diagnostics Exceptional strategic planning, change leadership, and presentation skills Ability to communicate scientific product content effectively #J-18808-Ljbffr Scientific Search
