Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, couple, and family therapy sessions tailored to each client's specific needs and circumstances.

• Conduct thorough assessments through interviews and standardized tools to identify clients' relational and mental health issues.

• Create comprehensive and personalized treatment plans with measurable goals to track client progress.

• Implement family systems theory to help clients gain insights into their relationship dynamics and activate effective communication strategies.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services as required, ensuring client safety and well-being in urgent situations.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• A Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A minimum of one year of experience providing therapy as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Strong foundational knowledge of therapeutic practices facilitating client engagement and trust.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive therapeutic relationship with clients.
