We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team in Port Washington, WI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our machinery operates smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities - we will train.

• Operate and monitor rubber molding equipment, keep an eye on quality, inspect and trim parts, and work alongside with your shift to hit production targets.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Document production data and report any issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus.
• Motivated to learn new things and grow with company.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

• $20/hr to start with potential raises throughout first year, plus year end production bonus
• $2/hr shift premium for 3rd shift and $1/hr shift premium for 2nd shift
